Nothing beats the assurance and motivation you get from one-on-one Personal Training. Our Personal Trainers will help you design a program based on your goals and availability. Our trainers are experienced, educated and will design workouts that fit your initial experience and conditioning level. Each member gets a complimentary session and consultation with our Fitness Director, John Alexander. In the initial meeting, personal goals are discussed along with exercise history. Our rates vary depending on the number of hours a member decides to train per week. We offer both hour and half-hour sessions. All members are encouraged to book their complimentary assessment and session today at the front desk!

Ellen has over 30 years experience in the fitness industry with many specialty certifications to her credit. Her diverse background includes working as the group exercise director at Worcester Fitness, training clients in the capacity of senior master trainer/ exercise physiologist, as well as teaching all formats of land-based group exercise. Sub-specialties include Nutrition for Fitness Professionals certification which allows Ellen to offer menu planning and general nutritional advice to her clients.
She was a competitive gymnast for 12 years and upon graduation from college took up competitive bodybuilding in several all-natural shows placing in the top three each time. She travels internationally as a fitness professional with Fit Body Travel offering exercise classes to resort guests in several Caribbean locations. She is a published author with Bride and Groom magazine specializing in fitness articles catering to the bride-to-be.
Ellen’s strength as a personal trainer include her ability to motivate clients to reach higher and push to be stronger in their exercise endeavors. This passion resulted in he creation of her own small group personal training program which she named dieZel. Over the years she has worked with the Worcester tornadoes professional baseball team as well as several Pro and Semi-Pro athletes in the Central Mass area. Safety of movement with precise form while training for strength is her main concern with clients.
Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science Health Fitness from Bridgewater State University and is certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. When she’s not busy teaching and coaching Ellen enjoys pending time with her fiance Mike, her two sons, as well as pursuing her passion of staying fit by running 5K fun runs and her weekly shopping trips to T.J.Maxx.
Liz has been a trainer since 2010. She made a lifestyle change and lost over 75 pounds! Liz thrives in small group training classes such as FIT-Traxx and Boot Camp style classes. Liz is ready to push you to your limits to help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals.
