Ray Barrieault
Ray Barrieault is a nationally certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With six years of formal exercise physiology education, and almost a decade of training, Ray has an extremely diverse and thorough knowledge base, as well as a unique and fresh insight into improving people’s fitness.
Ray’s approach to training draws from biophysics, biomechanics, neuromuscular physiology, and many other fields, allowing him to help anyone reach their goals, no matter their fitness level or limitations.
Ray has had the experience of being a sedentary, obese individual who totally transformed his body and lifestyle. He uses his experience to help motivate others and give them the benefits of his triumph over obesity to lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
Ray lives by the philosophy that no one is beyond help, and if you can go from obese couch potato to bodybuilder, no fitness goal is out of reach.

Sal Farba Sarr
Hi I am sal I am a certified Personal Trainer, a Group Ex Instructor and a Tennis Instructor here at SHARC.
I am very passionate about helping my clients achieve their goal weather it be losing weight, becoming healthier, or gaining strength. I believe that getting fit should be fun and something you look forward to rather then something you have to do.
My workouts are fun, challenging and will help you reach your potential. So I am looking forward to see you here at SHARC.

Kate Ferrie
Kate Ferrie is a nationally certified personal trainer from the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) as well as the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). She also has her Massage Therapy license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with training in diverse modalities from traditional Swedish relaxation to pre and post sports massage.
Kate’s massage training is a phenomenal tool to assist in analyzing and correcting her client’s posture and spinal alignment a key to great fitness.
Kate has a passion for movement and strives to achieve a higher level of functional fitness for your everyday life. She loves working with men and women of all ages as it is never to early or late to feel better. Clients will use a variety of equipment including your own body weight to help improve your balance, strength and overall wellbeing during your personal fitness journey

Sheila Meucci
Sheila Meucci is a nationally certified personal trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is Pilates certified through the National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA), Spin certified through MadDogg Spinning, PIYO certified through Powder Blue Productions, Senior Wellness with SilverSneakers, and Les Mills certified in Body Pump, Body Flow and Body Step. Sheila is one of our Fit-TraXX Personal trainers and small group training classes.
Sheila combines her extensive group exercise knowledge, as SHARC’s Group X Director, with her Personal Training knowledge to offer clients a unique workout incorporating a variety of training styles maximizing their results in total fitness.
Sheila believes that exercise is important no matter what the age, and she can help you achieve your goals. Sheila enjoys working with people who love a challenge and want to develop a healthy lifestyle of fitness and focuses on helping her clients be healthy, strong and functional.

Elizabeth Nichols
Elizabeth Nichols is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer & Primary Group Exercise Instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is certified in Maddog spinning, Silver Sneakers MSROM and cardio circuit. Elizabeth is also one of our FIT-traxx Trainers and has expertise in specialty programs like Boot Camp.
Elizabeth has a passion to help people to strive to achieve their health and fitness goals. She has lost over 75 pounds through proper diet and exercise and has dedicated her life to helping fight the growing rate of obesity in America.
