Policies
Our purpose is to provide a safe, clean and fun environment for our members’ children while their parents participate in various activities here at SHARC. We encourage the usage of the Kids Club, and the staff asks that all participants adhere to these policies.
- Parents are to remain on the premises at all times.
- Children must be at least 3 months of age to attend.
- Children 3 months to 12 years old must remain in the Kids Club throughout their visit.
- Children who have visible signs of illness will not be permitted in the Kids Club.
- Please label all personal belongings.
- Drinks in non-spill cups and plastic bottles are allowed.
- The Kids Club is a peanut free environment. Please be respectful of this when choosing a snack to bring.
- If your child is inconsolable we will request immediate response by the parent.
- When weather allows, we head out to the playground to play. Please apply sunscreen to your child prior to coming to the Kids Club.
Payment Policies
There are 3 payment options available to parents wishing to use the Kids Club:
- Membership upgrade to include unlimited use of Kids Club
- Pay per visit with cash
- Place a credit card on file and be billed per visit
