I Lost It At The Club
I lost it at the club is a 10 week program from January 3rd to March 13th. The program consists of an initial weigh-in during the first week, an 8 week workout program, and your final weigh-in during the last week. All participants will be assigned to a group. Participants will be eligible to win prizes based on individual accomplishments and group accomplishments in both body fat percentage, and inches lost. Prizes include complimentary membership dues, and complimentary club services.
Four types of participation:
- Small Group Training 1x Wk - $119 – Groups will consist of 4-7 members that meet once a week with a coach/trainer to guide them through a workout and keep track of their progress. *Early Registration $109*
- Small Grp Training 1x Wk & Boot Camp 2x Wk - $299 – Participants will work out with their small group 1x week and attend 2 boot camp classes per week. (BC Times Tue/Th 8am or Tue/Th 7pm) *Early Registration $289*
- Small Grp Training & 1 on 1 Training - $689 – Participants will workout with a trainer twice per week, once with their small group and once 1 on 1 with just the trainer to maximize their individual results. *Early Registration $679*
- Self - $35 - Do it yourself participants will be assigned to a group making them eligible for group prizes, but will be responsible for working out on their own.
Non-Members add 50% to the published Rate
There is a sign-up sheet at the Desk for those interested in the program and to let us know how we can best structure the program for our members. Members are encouraged to give us as much information as they can. Specific groups will be made using this information to accommodate the most members possible.
Lock in your time slot before the rush and get a discount by registering before Jan. 1st
Preferred Group Times are to determine what time blocks we need to schedule groups. We will schedule groups in time blocks that work for the most members. We can not guarantee any specific time or time slot will be available so register early to secure your time and invite your friends, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule.
Friends you want in your group can be members or non-members (at a higher rate). If you have someone you know that you want to have in your group please give us their information.
