Well now you can participate in a small group training class known as dieZel! By definition, this exercise format is a metabolic (fat burning) power house which helps to torch calories, decrease inches, increase strength and ramp up your level of fitness. This is a results based program! You get world class coaching in a nurturing but competitive environment.

First Time Punch Cards

FIRST TIME participants may purchase a 5 class punch card with a 45 day expiration date: Members (or first time non-members) $100.00. Subsequent punch cards may only be purchased by members at a rate of $150 for 5 classes. Non-members $225.
