SHARC has a variety of Group X classes to bring your fitness to a greater level!  There are Strength classes, Cardio classes, as well as Mind & Body classes that can appeal to your specific fitness goals & needs!  Our Group X Program strives to;

  • Help Participants Accomplish Their Specific Fitness Goals;
  • Cater to Individual Fitness Levels & Needs;
  • Offer a Variety of Classes;
  • Provide Friendly & Professional Instructors, and;

No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to developstrengthbalance and coordination


Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program
