Varsity Academy is for the pre-high school athlete with aspirations of playing sports in high school. Varsity Academy will give your athlete the edge in their sport by improving condition, core strength, flexibility, agility, power and control. Varsity Academy focuses on all aspects of athleticism to improve their overall athletic ability, and prepare them for the competition of high school sports.
It's a Girl Thing offers girls ages 9-14 a great workout! This class includes a low impact dance warm-up followed by strength and core conditioning exercises. Benefits include:
