Brian2Brian Steeb, Director of Fitness

Brian Steeb is a nationally certified personal trainer from the World Instructor Training School. He also has certifications in partner assisted stretching from the American Council on Exercise and Strike Kickboxing through Promise Inc. He enjoys working with all populations from children to seniors and has a passion for teaching people about all facets of physical fitness.

Brian’s specialties include working with people who suffer from osteopenia/osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, knee pain, shoulder pain, and spinal injuries. Brian also loves to help people condition for tennis, golf, soccer, football and basketball.

Brian’s dynamic training style focuses on strengthening the skeletal muscles as well as the cardiovascular system in one fun client specific workout. You’ll see Brian working with a wide range of equipment from BOSUs, medicine balls, and bands to more traditional equipment such as selectorized machines, cables and free weights.


Kate2Kate Ferrie

Kate Ferrie is a nationally certified personal trainer from the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) as well as the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA). She also has her Massage Therapy license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with training in diverse modalities from traditional Swedish relaxation to pre and post sports massage.

Kate’s massage training is a phenomenal tool to assist in analyzing and correcting her client’s posture and spinal alignment a key to great fitness.

Kate has a passion for movement and strives to achieve a higher level of functional fitness for your everyday life. She loves working with men and women of all ages as it is never to early or late to feel better. Clients will use a variety of equipment including your own body weight to help improve your balance, strength and overall wellbeing during your personal fitness journey.


sheila2Sheila Meucci

Sheila Meucci is a nationally certified personal trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also Pilates certified through the National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association(NESTA), Spin certified through MadDogg Spinning, PIYO certified through Powder Blue Productions, and Senior Wellness with Silver Sneaker.

Sheila combines her extensive group exercise knowledge, as SHARC’s Group Ex Director, with her Personal Training knowledge to offer clients a unique workout incorporating a variety of training styles maximizing their results in total fitness.

Sheila believes that exercise is important no matter what the age, and she can help you achieve your goals. Sheila enjoys working with people who love a challenge and want to develop a healthy lifestyle of fitness and focuses on helping her clients be healthy, strong and functional.


ray2Ray Barrieault

Ray Barrieault is a nationally certified personal trainer from the American Council On Exercise (ACE). He is currently pursuing his B.S. in Exercise Physiology as well as his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.

Ray has had the experience of being a sedentary, obese individual who totally transformed his body and lifestyle. He uses his experience to help motivate others and give them the benefits of his triumph over obesity to lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Ray is an avid bodybuilder, so he is no stranger to the dedication, determination, and discipline needed to maintain such a lifestyle. Ray lives by the philosophy that no one is beyond help, and if you can go from obese couch potato to bodybuilder, no fitness goal is out of reach.


mike2Mike Rogers

Mike Rogers is a nationally certified personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).  He is actively pursuing further specialized certifications, as well as holds a B.S. in Sociology.  Mike enjoys working with all age groups, particularly pre-teens and adolescents.

Mike enjoys utilizing dynamic, creative, and exciting workouts with his clients to fully maximize the benefits achieved.  Each workout is designed specifically for each client, whether the goal is sport-specific athletic training, weight/body fat reduction, or overall health and fitness.

Mike managed the fitness facility at his college and has adopted a physically fit and healthy lifestyle ever since. Mike thrives on sharing his knowledge and passion with others so they may in turn lead a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.
