Group Fitness Studio

Les Mills Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography

 


Les Mills Body Combat

The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYCOMBAT™ class is produced every three months with new music and choreography.

BOSU Boot Camp

A boot camp style class using a BOSU for a challenging core/cardio class!


HEAT

A High Energy, Athletic Training class combining speed/agility drills, calisthenics, aerobics, strength and more!


Interval Training

Supercharge your fitness with alternating high and low intensity exercises! 

 

Muscle Blast

A challenging class of muscle toning techniques using weights, and various exercise tools!


Step-It-Up

A step class followed by abdominal work!


Spinning

A cardio workout on a specialized stationary bike done to music made to motivate you!

Start Your Engines

A low impact cardio class that includes sculpting made just for beginners!


20/20/20

A combination of 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of cardio!


Zumba

Hi/Lo cardio workout done to a fusion of Latin and international music using a mixture of body sculpture
movements with easy to follow dance steps! Zumba Gold designed for Seniors and Beginners.

Silver Sneakers MSROM

Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of
movement and skills required for daily living. Hand held weights, elastic tubing and balls are offered for resistance and a
chair is used for seated and/or standing support!

 


Silver Sneakers Yoga Stretch

A Silver Sneakers gentle yoga and stretching class designed for beginners and seniormembers looking to gain or maintain flexibility and balance!

Mind Body Studio

Yoga

This mind/body workout will increase strength, flexibility and you will learn meditation and relaxation techniques.  This breath oriented practice will help to increase your circulation, tone and renew your energy.

 


Pilates

Strengthen your core muscles and produce overall balance and flexibility.

A challenging combination of core stability Pilates movements mixed with Yoga poses.
