Check here for updates regarding program cancellations during inclement winter weather.  If you are in doubt, please call the club to confirm.  We do our best to maintain the safety of our patrons while allowing those patrons interested in using the club to participate in regularly scheduled programs. Please use your own judgment when coming to the club during inclement weather.  However, if we do not cancel programs, no-shows will not receive make-up and applicable court fees will be charged.

Cancellations will be determined as follows.

1.  If school is canceled or delayed in Shrewsbury:

    All Programs, including group exercise/water fitness with a starting time prior to 11:00 am will NOT RUN.  All private lessons and training sessions will be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor.  Instructors will contact participants directly for private clinics, lessons or training.  Programs may run despite an early dismissal.  Please contact the club in the event of an early dismissal in Westboro.

2.  During inclement weather regardless of school cancellation status:

    All club programs may be canceled at the discretion of management.  Please call the club or check our web site during inclement weather for updates.  If management decides to cancel programs, members will not be charged for missed court time or missed lessons.  If programs are running, our normal “no-show” policy is in effect.
