Group Exercise
Shrewsbury Health & Racquet Club offers a wide range of FREE group exercise classes available to all members. Our group exercise classes include Spinning, Step, Yoga, Zumba and a variety of cardio and cross training classes. We have over 45 classes each week to choose from! All of our instructors are certified in their discipline and present a professional and instructional class. Our group exercise schedule is available online or may be picked up at the club as well.
Please remember that classes are only available to members. Guests may accompany members, but guest fees apply.
