New Group Exercise classes added to schedule!!

Announcing some exciting additions to our already incredible group exercise schedule!! Have you tried Bolly Fusion yet? This class is a dance-inspired fitness experience combining dynamic choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music from around the world. Find this class on Saturday morning at 9:3o am. How about Strong by Zumba? Offered on Monday morning at 9:30 am, Strong is a non-dance based class revolving around high-intensity interval training while moving to the beat! Our newest offering is Smash and Dash, a tennis and strength workout highlighting on court tennis drills with traditional strength training stations in the weighted turf area. No prior tennis experience needed! DEMO class will be offered on Thursday December 7th at 9:30 am. *Classes open to members and non-members.
